1 lb ground beef (or your preferred meat)
1/2 cup Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbls dried parsley
1 tbls Italian seasoning dried
1 egg- add aonther egg for softer meatballs
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
For the Sauce:
2 cans tomates (homemade or your favorite jarred version)
1/4 cp olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil and parsley
1/4 cup parmesan and rind
Salt and pepper
garlic powder- tbls
Instructions:
Mix It Up:
In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Get your hands in there and mix until just combined.
Don’t overmix! We want tender meatballs, not hockey pucks.
Shape & Bake:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
You can also fry them like I did in the video.
Sauce It Up:
While the meatballs are baking, heat your marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
Once the meatballs are ready, add them to the sauce and let them simmer for another 10 minutes.
Serve & Chat:
Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
Pair with pasta, crusty bread, or eat them straight from the pan like a true kitchen pro.
