    • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil and parsley

    • 1/4 cup parmesan and rind

    • Salt and pepper

    • garlic powder- tbls

Instructions:

  1. Mix It Up:

    • In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Get your hands in there and mix until just combined.

    • Don’t overmix! We want tender meatballs, not hockey pucks.

  2. Shape & Bake:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    • Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

    • You can also fry them like I did in the video.

  3. Sauce It Up:

    • While the meatballs are baking, heat your marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.

    • Once the meatballs are ready, add them to the sauce and let them simmer for another 10 minutes.

  4. Serve & Chat:

    • Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.

    • Pair with pasta, crusty bread, or eat them straight from the pan like a true kitchen pro.
